PayPal Integration
Send invoices and track incoming payments
Connect your PayPal Business account to send payment requests directly from Invoices and automatically mark invoices paid when payment arrives.
You need a PayPal Business account (free). If you already have one, skip to Step 2.
This is the email address you use to log into your PayPal Business account. It is the same email your clients would send payments to if they paid you manually through PayPal.
That is all you need. No developer account, no API keys, no extra setup.
When you click Send via PayPal on any invoice, the dashboard emails your client a payment link. They click it and pay through PayPal. You then manually mark the invoice as Paid once you see the payment in your PayPal account. Simple and no coding required.
Go to Invoices โ click any invoice โ click "Send via PayPal". Your client receives a PayPal payment request to their email. They pay through PayPal's secure checkout.
When a client pays through PayPal, the invoice automatically updates to "Paid" in your dashboard. You'll also see a toast notification when a payment comes in.

Client sets their own password on first visit. They only see their own projects โ nothing else.
Live project stages, progress bars, deliverables, and a messaging thread with you. No notes, no finances.
